What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age for car rental is 21 years.
What documents do I need for renting a car in Destination Rent A Car ?
A valid driver's license and identity card for local citizens is needing for renting a car.Foreign nationals need a valid passport.
If I want to cross the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina do I need any additional documents from Destination Rent A Car?
To cross the border you need to inform Destination Rent A Car prior to booking in order to help prepare the approval that allows you to go outside the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Where can I pick up my vehicle ?
You can pick up or return vehicle at our office, airport or at another previously agreed location.
Do I get the vehicle clean and do I have to return it clean and washed?
The vehicle is handed over to the client clean both inside and out, and should be returned the same.
If I have delivered the vehicle dirty am I required to pay a car wash?
Yes. Vehicle washing is paid 10 KM, and deep cleaning of vehicle 50 KM.
Can I drive with an international driver's license?
In addition to the international driver's license it is necessary to have a national driver's license.
May I extend my reservation?
To extend your reservation you need to contact Destination Rent A Car as early as possible, not later than 24 hours of the expiration of the lease.
Am I allowed to return the vehicle later than booked?
Destination Rent A Car tolerates a delay of 1 hour, after which an extra day of lease will need to be paid.
If I was late with the handing over of vehicle for 2 hours or more, can I keep the car for another day with it considering that I was charged an extra day of rental?
Car hire is concluded for 24 hours. Without the consent of Destination Rent A Car you can not keep vehicle longer than the period specified in the contract.
What kind of insurance is included in the contract / reservation?
The price includes insurance without your participation in the count. Insurance is received only with police record! If there is no police record client involved in the damage has to pay 100% of the damage.
Are personal belongings in the vehicle insured?
Destination Rent A Car is not responsible for personal items that are in the vehicle at the rental period either for their loss or theft.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be canceled by phone, in person at our office or by email.
